The time has come - the move is imminent: WM GROUP's new multi-user site in Bocholt will open in August 2025. Directly on the Dutch border and with optimal access to the A3 motorway, the location is ideally positioned - for the Rhineland, the Ruhr area and the Benelux region.
With over 23,000 m² of warehouse space, supplemented by 2,590 m² of mezzanine space and 600 m² of office and social areas, the property offers state-of-the-art conditions for sophisticated logistics processes. In 2026, a full-surface photovoltaic system will provide additional sustainable support for operations. The property is designed for hazardous substances in accordance with WGK 3 and is therefore also suitable for battery logistics. The multi-user property has 25 loading bays and 5 sectional doors - ideal conditions for flexible multi-user utilisation.
