
Aconlog Projektentwicklungs GmbH has handed over the state-of-the-art logistics centre in Bocholt to WM GROUP. The first customers will be moving into the new multi-user space in the coming weeks. The new building offers over 23,000 m² of hall space, 2,590 m² Mezzanine and 600 m² of office and social space - supplemented by 25 Loading ramps, 5 Sectional doors and a WGK-3 design for the highest safety standards. For 2026 a Full-surface photovoltaic system which will ensure a climate-friendly energy supply in future.
The location also scores points in terms of infrastructure: Located directly on the Dutch border and with short distances to the A3 motorway, Bocholt is ideally connected - both to the Rhineland and Ruhr region as well as to the Netherlands.
Aconlog consistently focussed on the circular economy when dismantling and building new buildings. The result:

The official handover took place on Wednesday 27 August 2025, in Bocholt. Among the guests were Ann-Kathrin Löhr, Matthias Löhr, Hans-Wilhelm Löhr, Felix and Max Löhr (shareholder WM GROUP), Ralf Kahnert (Managing Director WM GROUP) and Oliver Blüher (Managing Director Aconlog).
