Since 2023, WM GROUP GmbH has been responsible for the complete logistical handling of international Children's outdoor brand TROLLKIDS at a dedicated logistics site in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Across an area of approximately 10,000 m² with 10,000 pallet spaces, the logistics service provider operates a high-performance distribution centre for the highly seasonal fashion and e-commerce business. Approximately 18,000 SKUs stocked. The plant is designed for a daily shipping volume of up to 2,500 parcels per day designed and moves annually over 500,000 goods issue lines as well as more than 100,000 customer orders.
A team of 15 skilled employees manages all logistical processes – from incoming goods, storage, and order picking, to dispatch., structured returns management as well as quality and QA checks. The WM GROUP handles the complete processing of returns for TROLLKIDS, including inspection, classification, preparation, and their return to stock or defined follow-up processes.
