The first customers will be moving into the new multi-user space in the coming weeks. The new building offers over <strong>23,000 m\u00b2 of hall space<\/strong>, <strong>2,590 m\u00b2 Mezzanine<\/strong> and <strong>600 m\u00b2 of office and social space<\/strong> - supplemented by <strong>25 Loading ramps<\/strong>, <strong>5 Sectional doors<\/strong> and a <strong>WGK-3 design<\/strong> for the highest safety standards. For 2026 a <strong>Full-surface photovoltaic system<\/strong> which will ensure a climate-friendly energy supply in future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The location also scores points in terms of infrastructure: Located directly on the Dutch border and with short distances to the A3 motorway, Bocholt is ideally connected - both to the Rhineland and Ruhr region as well as to the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nachhaltigkeit-als-erfolgsfaktor\">Sustainability as a success factor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aconlog consistently focussed on the circular economy when dismantling and building new buildings.
